He’s the Cat Rapper, and he lives in my town!

A few weeks ago I had the privilege of interviewing Cat Rapper Moshow for the Katzenworld Cat Blogsite. We talked about his life, his passion for music, and his new collaboration with Arm & Hammer cat litter. It was great fun, and here it is!

About Mollie Hunt

I am the crazy cat lady, animal shelter volunteer, Trekkie, and mystery writer. I live in the rainy Pacific Northwest and will watch any TV show or movie filmed here. Even though I am of a goodly age (sixty-something) I go to Star Trek conventions in costume and am not afraid to be by myself. I enjoy my life in the cat lane. Words to live by: Spay and neuter; Live long and prosper; Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.

  2. Litter box problems can easily show up in the Adolescence cat. This problem arises due to chronic and continuous renal failure as well as diabetes in kittens which may give rise to severe litter problems. Due to Arthritis, your cats are unable to climb over the high-sided box and perch in the covered box. With age, the activity level of older cats is decreased and also have a less efficient digestive system. Due to the less efficient digestive system, constipation is the major issue in older cats.
It may also happen that your cat developed the avoidance issue of the litter box because he/she associates the urinary condition and constipation pain with a litter box. As the cats show an aging sign, they need more attention and care from you. With advance signs of cats, the owner of the cat need to reevaluate the situation of the litter box and provide the necessary modifications according to their need. If the litter box creates discomfort then remove the lid and if the older cat feels difficult with high-sided litter box then replace it will lower one.
It is very important to use the litter scatter mat near the litter box if you are too much concern with the quality of litter will flying over the floor. If the older cat is suffering from arthritis, then instead of squatting she may stand up more. By using cat paper or similar product, around or under the box will absorb over spray. This paper will protect your carpets as well as floors.
